Everything you need to know for a smooth and relaxing stay

Check-in / Check-out times & procedure
Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. on Sundays and stays are available for one full week only. 
Check-out is required by 11:00 a.m.
Check-in is handled via access codes and key chips, which will be provided prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 1 month before the scheduled arrival date.
After that, the following cancellation fees apply:

- 50% of the total price for cancellations 29 to 14 days before arrival

- 100% of the total price for cancellations within 14 days of arrival or in case of a no-show

Deposit / Damage policy
Guests are required to provide a valid credit card upon check-in for a pre-authorization to cover potential damages or unpaid charges. The amount is at the Proprietor’s discretion and serves as a security deposit.
All payments, including the deposit, must be made by credit card. Cash payments are not accepted

Accessibility

Please note that our apartments are not barrier-free. There are stairs and no elevator access. We kindly ask guests with reduced mobility to contact us in advance to assess suitability.
